In this week’s Dining column, Candy Sagon visits Arlington’s Mala Tang . The six-month-old Clarendon restaurant is the brainchild of chef Liu Chaosheng, whose Uncle Liu's Hot Pot is a Falls Church Sichuan destination. Unlike Uncle Liu’s, which serves full-size hot pots for groups, Mala Tang is an individual dining experience, offering hot pots for solo diners.
