Ticketmaster’s Web site was a little buggy yesterday, but it’s now back up and running — just in time for shows that go on sale on Friday, including a block party you won’t want to miss.

Neo-soul singer Jill Scott -- whose new album, ‘The Light of the Sun,’ is currently streaming on NPR -- is bringing “Jill Scott’s Summer Block Party” to the Verizon Center on Aug. 7. The tour features a supporting lineup of Anthony Hamilton, Mint Condition, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Doug E. Fresh. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and cost $69.75-$109.75.
