“Skyfall” came in at No. 2 after just a week at the top, while “Lincoln,” which was released to theaters nationwide on Friday, shot to the No. 3 spot. Both “Silver Linings Playbook” and “Anna Karenina” did well in limited release, though they weren’t playing in enough theaters to put them on the list below.
