GOP tries, tries again on repeal; Obama’s many slogans; Arne Duncan is dunkin’ (read-this roundup)

Try, try again — On the Republican efforts to repeal the health-care law, maybe the 33rd time is the charm?

Hope, Change, Etc. — President Obama’s reelection campaign sure has a lot of slogans.

V.I.P. drop-in — Education Secretary Arne Duncan surprised hoops-watchers by showing up at an elite summer basketball league over the weekend. Duncan, who played in college, joined a team with a grammatically dubious moniker (as our colleague Dan Steinberg reports, “Yes, the U.S. Secretary of Education played for a basketball team that is actually named “Can’t Be Stop.”)
