Napolitano for prez?; Hagel may be filibustered by his own GOP; Tagg fever was temporary (read-this roundup)

Filibustering their own — Former senator Chuck Hagel’s path to confirmation as secretary of defense is looking bumpy: Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell indicates the GOP could filibuster him — something that’s never happened to a Cabinet nominee. (Um, and Hagel’s a Republican!)

Tagg’s not it — We’re sad that the Tagg-for-Senate fever turned out to be just a 24-hour bug. To the chagrin of headline writers, the Romney progeny is not running.
