Both chambers are back in Washington and there are several hearings worth tuning in to this week. In the Senate, Shaun Donovan has two confirmation hearings for his Cabinet musical chairs move from Housing and Urban Development Secretary to Office of Management and Budget director. But the most watched hearing of the week will likely be Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel’s appearance in the House to testify on the controversial prisoner exchange of five Taliban detainees for U.S Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
