The National Zoo released a video of its panda cub today. If you like footage of tiny panda cubs looking like tiny panda cubs as they kick their tiny panda cub paws in the air, you came to the right place:

Shortly after her birth, the cub didn’t really look like a panda in the traditional sense. But the panda cub now has eye markings (which, according to the zoo, resemble those of her mother Mei Xiang) and darker fur, which makes her fit our preconceived notions of panda appearance.

The cub was born in August following a round-the-clock pregnancy watch. Zoo officials said this month that it would take about four months before the cub would make her public debut.
