Schumer: Yes, tap water will be served at the inauguration

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), head of the planning committee, has responded, assuring the utility that clean, fresh D.C. tap water will be available “just as it is in the Capitol every day.”

Fizzy Saratoga Spring Water is being offered, he wrote, because “[a]ttendees at prior Inaugural Luncheons have requested sparkling water.”
