One night after losing to ace Roy Halladay, the Nationals draw left-hander Cliff Lee for the rubber match of the three-game series against Philadelphia.

Lee won the AL Cy Young in 2008 with Cleveland, and he has dominated the Nationals lineup. Catcher Ivan Rodriguez actually is 12 for 32 in his career against Lee, but the future Hall of Famer is out of the lineup tonight in favor of Wilson Ramos.

The Nationals may be catching Lee at a particularly bad time. In his last start, Lee yielded six earned runs and 19 hits in 3 1/3 innings, so he’s sure to be determined for a redemptive outing.
