John Lannan will take the mound against the team that counterbalances his struggles against the Phillies. In 14 career starts against Atlanta, Lannan is 8-4 with a 3.31 ERA. In six starts since the beginning of 2010, Lannan is 5-0 with a 3.13 ERA against the Braves. The Nationals will face Derek Lowe, who shut them out for 5 2/3 innings on opening day.
