Today’s Nationals lineups

Some noteworthy Braves injury news: Derek Lowe will start tomorrow after he felt fine playing long-toss yesterday. He had been dealing with a blister on his foot. Tonight, Jason Heyward will not play after he felt “numbness” in his hand last night, which looks like it stems from a shoulder issue. Good chance he misses tomorrow’s game, too. Also, shortstop Alex Gonzalez took groundballs this afternoon, and it seems like he’ll return to their lineup tonight.

Here’s the Nationals’ lineup against Tommy Hanson, which includes Laynce Nix making his seventh straight start and Wilson Ramos catching his second straight game:

1. Roger Bernadina, CF

2. Ian Desmond, SS

3. Jayson Werth, RF

4. Adam LaRoche, 1B

5. Wilson Ramos, C

6. Laynce Nix, LF

7. Danny Espinosa, 2B

8. Jerry Hairston, 3B

9. John Lannan, SP
