Today’s Nationals-Reds lineups

Standard fare for the Nationals as they open a series with the Reds. One quick note: John Lannan has not yet tested his left knee by pitching, but he fully expects to make his scheduled start Friday. Lannan went for a jog today, and the real test will come tomorrow, when he pitches a bullpen session. The tendinitis in his knee, he said, flares up only when he pushes off from his left knee.
