Montgomery County considers teen curfew

From elsewhere in The Post: Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett has proposed a curfew for teens: 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12:01 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Minors would not be permitted in public places until 5 a.m. the next morning. Parents could be held responsible if a teen breaks curfew. The proposal is on the agenda for today’s council session.
