The new service, called Yelp Platform, will be supported by online delivery sites and Eat24, Yelp announced on its blog.

Yelp will begin offering “Yelp Platform” in the restaurant category, but will gradually expand the feature to other industries, such as spas or yoga studios. The San Francisco-based start-up has also invited third-party developers to partner on Yelp Platform to integrate their current online transaction systems with Yelp’s.
