At 11 a.m. — The World Bank holds a briefing on “World Development Report 2011: Conflict, Security and Development,” with Justin Yifu Lin, senior vice president and chief economist of the World Bank; and Sarah Cliffe and Nigel Roberts, directors of the World Bank.
