At 8:30 a.m. — The Commerce Department releases personal income and spending data for February. Forecasters expect that the data will show continued steady growth. Incomes are expected to have risen 0.5 percent, while spending is thought to be up 0.4 percent.

At 10 a.m. — The National Association of Realtors will release pending-home sales numbers for February.
