At 10 a.m. — The House Financial Services subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government-Sponsored Enterprises holds hearings on reforming Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

At 10 a.m. — The Commerce Department releases data on factory orders for February. Factory orders are expected to have risen only 0.3 percent, after a much stronger gain in January.
