Friday’s p-Op quiz: ‘Back to basics’ edition


The week started with a Republican debate and ended with a Democratic resignation. In between, one GOPer was taken to task for not repeating a brilliant attack line against his opponent. And that same opponent was slammed for being super corny. Meanwhile, folks are still looking for a Republican savior. Perhaps he’ll show up on a motorcycle next week. Speaking of next week, now that we don’t have Anthony Weiner to kick around anymore, someone or something has to fill the void. So, let’s get back to Medicare, the debt ceiling and other discussions we were having before certain pictures derailed everything.
