Friday’s p-Op quiz: ‘Put y’all back in chains’ edition

We witnessed quite a chain reaction this week. Mitt Romney names Paul Ryan as his running mate. The so-called Ryan budget is a whole lot more specific than anything Romney has said about taxes, deficits and spending. As a result, we yakkers and scribblers in the media start picking all those plans apart and focus on the yucky pieces. Republicans start to worry that Ryan might actually hurt them. And then — BOOM — Vice President Joe Biden says “put y’all in chains” and suddenly the national conversation is about whether President Obama is leading a campaign that’s “divisive and angry.”

You have my guarantee that this week’s p-Op quiz is neither divisive nor angry. So, sharpen your pixels and get crackin’.
