President Obama will remain in Washington today while Mitt Romney goes west. Here is your look at the candidates’ schedules for May 9.

Obama has a series of meetings at the White House, first with NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, then later with Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner. At 7:15 p.m. ET, the president and first lady will host a concert in the East Room honoring Burt Bacharach and Hal David as part of the “In Performance at the White House” series.

Romney will attend a campaign event in Fort Lupton, Colo. at 11:30 a.m. ET. In the afternoon, he will travel to Oklahoma City for a 4:30 p.m. event with Gov. Mary Fallin. (From PBS News Hour’s political calendar)
