President Obama returns to Iowa Tuesday, this time speaking in Cedar Rapids on his tax-cut extension proposal, while first lady Michelle Obama will attend fundraisers in Florida.

Mitt Romney will hold a town hall meeting in Grand Junction, Colo.

And Vice President Biden will speak at a National Council of La Raza conference in Las Vegas.
