The maker of the peanut butter that was the subject of a federal advisory over the weekend said Monday that it is recalling that product and other items made on t he same product line.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration advised consumers on Friday not to eat Trader Joe’s Valencia Creamy Salted Peanut Butter. The product was possibly linked to a Salmonella outbreak, the FDA said.

Sunland, Inc., the manufacturer of the peanut butter, said Monday that it was making a “voluntary recall” of the peanut butter and of almond butter and peanut butter products made on the same product line.
