Here’s how the players from the latest edition of the All-Met Watch performed on Friday night.
●G Michael Cunningham, DuVal, sunk three three-pointers on his way to 15 points and seven rebounds in a 57-47 victory over Parkdale.
●F Marcus Derrickson, Paul VI, the sophomore had 14 points as the fourth-ranked Panthers defeated No. 2 O’Connell 55-48.
●G Nick Griffin, Magruder, had an impressive streak of six straight games with atleast 20 points snapped against Richard Montgomery. Griffin finished with 15, but Magruder still won easily, 82-47.
●G Melo Trimble, O’Connell, bound for the University of Maryland, Trimble had 22 in the Knights’ loss to Paul VI.
●F Brandon Boykin, Ballou, came up with 17 points and six rebounds as Ballou defeated Spingarn 69-42 for their ninth straight win.
●G Trevor Evans, Eleanor Roosevelt, had 13 points as the No. 9 Raiders improved to 17-1 with a 62-46 win over Northwestern.
●G Jarius Lyles, DeMatha, his 13-point effort was not enough to keep the Stags from falling to St. John’s for the first time in 10 years, 60-58.
●F Walt Moody, River Hill, had 11 points in a 50-45 win over Wilde Lake.
●G Lindsay Allen, St. John’s, the Notre Dame recruit had 24 points as the Cadets improved to 20-1 with a 67-53 win over Elizabeth Seton.
●F Nicole Floyd, Stonewall Jackson, the junior power forward had 30 points in a 95-35 rout of Osbourn.
●F Arianna Freeman, Paul VI, scored 26 points as the Panthers dominated O’Connell, 78-38.
●G Daria Simmons, Eleanor Roosevelt, scored 10 points in a 69-11 rout of Northwestern.
●G Jasmine Dancy, Springbrook, had 18 points in a 66-56 loss at the hands of Whitman.
●F Kelly Loftus, Mount Vernon, had 25 points as the No. 7 Majors defeated Yorktown 56-40.
●G Kyah Proctor, C.H. Flowers, outscored the opposing team with 22 points in a 91-20 victory over High Point.
●G Alexis Smith, Calvert, was one of four players in double figures with 16 as the No. 10 Cavaliers routed Huntingtown 76-35.
●F Mercedes Suarez, Wilson, had 17 points in a 67-18 win over Bell.
