Pauly Shore refueling at a 14th Street Starbucks downtown midday Monday. Looking like a tourist in blue plaid shirt, white tee, cargo-ish pants. The ’90s MTV star has been roaming town with a camera crew, collecting footage for a forthcoming Showtime comedy special to be taped at his 9:30 Club show on June 30.
