Ja Rule pleaded guilty in New Jersey on three counts of failing to file his tax returns between 2004 and 2008, the Justice Department announced Tuesday. Court filings allege he made more than $4 million in that time but didn’t keep the feds in the loop about it. He’s promised to pay the government the $1 million-plus he owes, and faces sentencing in June of up to a year in prison.
