More bad news for R. Kelly: The R&B crooner is facing a $2.9 million foreclosure suit on his suburban Chicago mansion, Crain’s Chicago Business reports. According to the complaint, which was filed last month by JP Morgan Chase Bank, Kelly hasn’t made a mortgage payment on the 11,140-square-foot behemoth since June of last year. Kelly’s spokesman, Allan Mayer, declined to comment, but assured the Associated Press that the singer isn’t broke.
