Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss can’t squeeze any more money out of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. The twins claimed Zuckerberg stole their idea, then didn’t give them enough when they settled for cash and stock (now worth an estimated $160 million) in 2008, reports AP. But judges from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the lawsuit Monday: “The Winklevosses are not the first parties bested by a competitor who then seek to gain through litigation what they were unable to achieve in the marketplace.”
