Crown Princess Victoria, already up on her feet, and Prince Daniel show off their newborn. (Swedish Royal Family ‘s Facebook page via Reuters)

Born: A daughter (and fellow future queen) to Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria, near Stockholm early Thursday morning. No name yet announced for the second-in-line to the throne, but the Swedish Armed Forces celebrated with two 21-gun salutes across the country, reports AP. Hours later, the royal court released a photo of Victoria, 34, and her husband Prince Daniel, holding their firstborn in a baby carrier on the way back to Haga Castle. (Hearty people! Or maybe overnight hospital stays aren’t covered.) The couple wed in June 2010. Good news at a bad time for the royal family: King Carl XVI Gustaf has been dogged by reports of seedy nightclub carousing and alleged negotiations with mobsters to stifle embarrassing stories about his friends.

Update: They announced the name Friday, reports AP Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary.
