— A mysterious 1970 memo from the late Christopher Hitchens’s newly-released FBI file, referring to one of many reports that remain completely blacked-out because of the bureau’s “national security” concerns, reports Jeff Stein’s SpyTalk blog. What could possibly require so much secrecy after so many years, Stein wonders: “Could it be the names of pals who were ratting on him?”
