Bill Clinton to Sandra Fluke when they met backstage before he addressed the convention on Wednesday. Her response: “Sir. Please.” Fluke is enjoying a lengthy 15 minutes as a Democratic star, reports our collegue Ann Gerhart, besieged by well-wishers as she walked through downtown Charlotte. But she’s going into debt as a mostly-unpaid speaker on the Democratic circuit.
