Details: After he married New Yorker Maria Eugenia Maury last summer, it was only a matter of time before the biotech millionaire r elocated full-time to Manhattan. Haseltine has put his Georgetown mansion — which made a cameo in the 1985 movie “St. Elmo’s Fire” — on the market once again. He purchased the 1875 Victorian (8,600 square feet, nine bedrooms, seven baths, patio, pool, gym and private parking) in 1997 for $3.2 million, and listed it three years ago for $13 million. Didn’t sell then, but he’s more serious this time around.
