Arenas with the Grizzlies in April. (Danny Johnston/AP)

Asking price: $3.5 million

Details: There were some pretty memorable times at the Arenas homestead over the better part of the past decade. The elaborate party (ice sculptures, Moon Bounce, Mos Def) at which he proposed to on-off fiancée Laura Govan. The installation of his shark tank. The construction of his pool/grotto/hot tub complex. The birth of a few of his children.

But two years after the former Wizards star left Washington under a cloud — he’s now with the Memphis Grizzlies — Arenas is selling his Great Falls mansion, as first noted by Deadspin. He bought the seven-bedroom home newly-built for $2.875 million in 2003, but what with the million or so he put into the pool, he probably won’t turn a profit. Make an offer — it’s been on the market for a month now. Amenities include a four-car garage, game room, soaring ceilings with black crystal chandeliers.
