You figure that at tonight’s debate Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) will perk up, Newt Gingrich will shriek at the moderators, Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) will get too much time and Rick Santorum won’t get enough. You have to count on “low taxes, modest regulation and reduced spending” being very popular. But you can bet that Social Security will be front and center. Mitt Romney is out with what his campaign thinks is a killer video. It certainly does appear that when Texas Gov. Rick Perry talked about Social Security on Morning Joe less than a year ago he thought Social Security would be better handled by the states:
