Champions League: Manchester United vs. Schalke 04

Good afternoon.

Manchester United is hosting Schalke 04 in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semifinal. Manchester United won the first leg, 2-0, in Gelsenkirchen on April 26.

Time: 2:45 p.m.

TV: FX, Fox Deportes, (tape delay at 5 on Fox Soccer Channel, tape delay at 8 on FSC).

With a huge Premier League match looming against Chelsea on Sunday and with a nice road-goal cushion — and hoping not to relive mistakes made last season — Manchester United Coach Alex Ferguson will likely rest a number of stars today, including Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand, Javier Hernandez and Ryan Giggs.

Manchester United is unbeaten at Old Trafford this season.

Schalke has never won on English soil and is coming off a 4-1 loss to Bayern Munich over the weekend.
