FIFA rankings: Spain is No. 1, USA at No. 31

Sanity has been restored: Spain is back atop the FIFA rankings after yielding the top slot to the Netherlands. The United States dropped three spots to No. 31 while Mexico held steady at No. 20. Big mover: Armenia, with former Real Salt Lake forward Yura Movsisyan (+27).
