Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour is the latest New York notable to endorse Human Rights Campaign’s “New Yorkers for Marriage Equality” initiative. Today, she appeared in a video for the advocacy group.

In the video, Wintour states, “As far as I’m concerned, having the right to say ‘I do’ is as fundamental as the right to vote. The time is now. Please join me in supporting marriage equality for all New Yorkers.”

Wintour is among the latest advocate in a group of fashion industry notables to make a video for the Human Rights Campaign. Kenneth Cole recently endorsed the organization via video, and Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors have also publicly endorsed the organization.
