Turgeon landed his first recruit, getting a commitment from Seth Allen, a 6-foot-1 junior guard from Woodbridge who plays for Fredericksburg Christian. Earlier in the day, Turgeon met with Kansas State assistant coach Dalonte Hill about the possibility of Hill joining the Terrapins’ staff.
