BBQ-palooza: Meat Week D.C. kicks off Sunday

The third annual bacchanal of all things animal in the District kicks off Sunday.

The best part? Organizers have added an eighth day of barbecue to make sure Meat Weekers get their fill.

Participating restaurants include Urban Bar-B-Q in Rockville, Pork Barrel BBQ in Alexandria, Memphis BBQ in Arlington, and Hill Country, PORC (Purveyors of Rolling Cuisine), Smoke and Barrel, Mr. P’s Ribs and Fish, and Rocklands BBQ in the District.
