Metro train announcements: Readers give it a shot

Too quiet? Too loud? Not clear enough? Train announcements remain an issue for many Metro riders who are fed up with the lack of clarity of the directions by operators. One vocal coach even wrote in to offer Metro train operators enunciation tips.
