#MyWorkplacePain: What’s your biggest problem at work?

(Stephanie K. Kuykendal/For the Washington Post)

Metrobus drivers say one of their complaints falls into that last category: They don’t have enough time for bathroom breaks.

The Post’s Dana Hedgpeth reports:

Some operators say they have had to relieve themselves in a cup or bag at the back of buses or in doorways. Train operators have reportedly used pocket tracks on the rail system as “a lavatory” because they had “inadequate time” to have bathroom breaks, according to a Metro inspector’s general report last year.

Not every office pain is so personal.

Some are just small annoyances — a vending machine with a grudge against your need for a Diet Coke — and others are environmental pains that come with the job — like extreme temperatures that plague construction workers.
