Summer in D.C. How cold is your office?

Fact: The average temperature in a Washington office is hypothermic tundra.

The high temperatures outside mean chilly temperatures inside D.C.’s many office buildings, leaving workers scrambling for sweaters and Snuggies, Monica Hesse writes. On Twitter, many local office workers are also battling their building’s thermostat.
