Dumfries woman offered car, weed for murder: PW police

Hey, you can get $20,000 or more for a nice 2008 Charger, according to Motor, which is what the police say Kuske was offering. Instead, she was arrested on Monday after she allegedly made the offer to an undercover detective. Kuske, 34, is now charged with soliciting to commit capital murder and attempted capital murder.

The details of Kuske’s murder-for-hire plot emerged in court documents in Prince William domestic relations court, a day after Kuske’s bust. Inside has more information.
