This week's recipe: 'Waka-Mole.' (Troy Queen/For The Washington Post)

First, dice one-half of a medium sized onion. Next, chop one medium sized tomato. Then chop up approximately two tablespoons of cilantro.

Take three ripe organic avocados and peel them, remove the pits, and put them in a medium-sized bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables to the avocado. Then throw in sea salt and about a tablespoon of lime juice.

Add a splash of tequila for added flavor. Mash ingredients together. Serve with wheat tortillas chips, but remember, no double dipping!
