Bringing together 80 former neo-Nazis, Muslim extremists, street gang members and other formerly violent radicals might not seem such a great idea to some. But for Google, their new think tank and its head, it’s an innovative way to learn about (and ultimately combat) what they see as a universal problem: violent extremism.
