Aflac debuts new, Gilbert Gottfried-less commercial

In a few hours, the insurance company will debut a new television ad featuring its mascot in a silent movie rescuing a damsel in distress.

Aflac is deftly turning lemon into lemonade after sacking comic Gilbert Gottfried as the voice of the fowl when he tweeted cracks about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan that were intended to raise eyebrows.
