Months after news broke that Michelle Obama would appear on “iCarly” — and video clips were released of some “random dancing” — Nickelodeon confirmed the First Lady will make her guest appearance on the kid-friendly sitcom on Jan. 16.

In the episode, Obama will stop by when the main character, Carly, attempts to talk to her dad — serving overseas in the military — on his birthday, and may or may not break a few rules.

Members of the cast will also appear at screenings across the country for military families, including Hayfield Secondary School in Alexandria next Friday.

Right before the episode airs, Obama — said to be a fan of the show — joins the cast for a special segment dedicated to families who have someone serving in the military.
