Crossroads GPS launches $1.4M anti-Obama ad campaign in Virginia

The pro-Republican group Crossroads GPS continues to pour big money into Virginia, announcing Wednesday the launch of a new $1.4 million ad campaign in the commonwealth.

The Virginia buy is part of a month-long $25 million effort that will span 10 states, as Crossroads attempts to match the money being spent by President Obama’s reelection campaign.

The first ad of the campaign accuses Obama of breaking his promises on taxes, health care and spending. It goes on the air Thursday and will run for two weeks.
