We’re up to No. 16.

President Obama’s reelection campaign will open its 16th office this weekend.

U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott (D-Va.) will join local Obama supporters for the grand opening of a new office in Norfolk on Saturday. The campaign already has opened 15 offices. Richmond is home to the headquarters. The Norfolk office will be the fourth office in Hampton Roads.

The GOP’s coordinated campaign — dubbed the 2012 Virginia Victory Campaign — has seven offices that have remained open since 2010.
