Obama plans Virginia community college visit

(Associated Press)

According to the White House, Obama will hop the Potomac to deliver an address on the topic at Northern Virginia Community College’s Alexandria Campus, his second visit to the school in less than two months.

Presidential appearances in Virginia are not especially rare, but given how critically important Virginia will be for Obama’s reelection hopes, we're betting they’ll be popping up on the schedule more and more frequently the closer we get to 2012.
