Georgetown seven-bedroom condo with a seven-figure price

If seven is your lucky number — well, you’re in luck.

This week’s featured home is a Georgetown condo with sweeping views of the Potomac River. The seventh-floor unit has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a convenient seven-figure price: $7,777,777.

Three units were combined to create the 6,650-square-foot property, which includes two libraries, two French balconies and a kitchen with two dishwashers.

“It’s extremely contemporary — even beyond what you’d see in Dwell Magazine,” said Sheryl Barnes of Sotheby’s.

The interior of the condo was designed by Richard Williams Architects and can be easily divided into two separate homes or combined with an adjacent 900-square-foot unit to create an even bigger space, Barnes said.

“The possibilities are endless,” she said. “There’s nothing this big or this luxurious on the market right now.”
